Yeah I just got this last Thursday. I've got to find some ROFM communities cause I found that there was A LOT of racism junk flying around in some of the games I joined. So I gotta get a buddy list going and only play with them. Also would be nice if people would play tactically too, like a squad. I gave offline a little time though, this is going to be a bit challenging. The demo I thought was easier personally. Didn't get to play it this weekend but I'll be playing it tonight for sure. I wanna get some crap unlocked.Â
Man ppl think this game is just good since the ps3 doesnt have much games but in reality, it is one of the best games out there for any system. I mean the game is so underrated that it kind of sucks how ppl talk low about it but the score it got from gamespot was very low, I mean ive played Perfect Dark Zero and Resistance Fall of Man and I returned PDZ in because it just doesnt match up to RFOM. RFOM is better then PDZ in every way, and look how they rated it. They gave PDZ a 9.0 and RFOM an 8.6 when in reality everyone including xbox 360 owners know RFOM is the better game. RFOM>>>PDZ anyday which is why I dont buy games based on gamespots ratings because its just wrong when they know it aswell that it is an all around better game then PDZ but still give PDZ a higher rating. Anyways RFOM has sold more then PDZ and still is selling well.
I think it was great for launch game not too many launch games(fps) were that great on many systems. I also have to disagree w/ one of the posts above about ps3 not having alot of fps coming there is a crapload of them coming out, but i do agree that ps3 is mainly jp games like rps and such

u can make a squad, its msotly to recognise ea other and talk more easily but its prty useful, also if u beat game on superhuman u onlock the black ops skin for online. (black ops are the dead guys u find throughout game with radio in background.
Yes this game is excellent, in its whole self. Offline and online, with custimizations and earnings online you can get, and everything that keeps the game going. I believe it will be the strongest online game for the PS3 untill GTA IV or MGS4, then Warhawk.
Note: (GTAIV is not announced online yet, but TBA. This is the best time and a better time then ever for them to go online with GTA.)
well since nothing else (FPS) really comes out for a while (FEAR didn't even come close to comparing and Rainbow 6 Vegas will be good but i don't know if better) i say best shooter for a while.
killzone or Haze could top it. but for now at least for another couple months Resistance looks like it'll hold the crown for a while. Â
