Resistance: FoM Single Player

I've heard alot about the high quality of Resistance's online play but how's the campaign? I'm thinking about making the purchase but i like my single player mode along with the fact that the game is pretty old and therefore probably doesn't have a huge community anymore. So is the campaign mode good enough to warrent a buy?

its pretty intense with the huge battles you have against the chimera. and u can go back n play it again because it is on 4 different difficulties (one that you unlock), theres more weapons to get if you go back n play again, and on top of all that, there are skill points and "intels" that u can find in each level that unlocks things online and helps you learn more about the chimera.

overall, id say buy it.

I love the single player campaign on RFOM. It's got a lot of depth to it. You can also do co-op splitscreen which is fun too.

Storyline wise it's amazing, I think the BEST story so far on the PS3 ..

Im guessing you use alot of ww2 weapons mixed with others? I am getting a ps3 soon and want to get this for a first game.JOHN117_basic

Carbine is like the only actual gun in the game .. all others are made up, but amazing .. and a good arsenal of weapons is in the game.
