Well I never cried at any moments in games but i'd say Aerith's death in FFVII and Zacks in Crisis Core both got me a bit sad. When i first played FFVII it never came to my thoughts that she could die so it caught me by surprise. Zack's just left me mad because he was awesome and got no recognition for being the hero that he was.

The five months I owned a Saturn. No no I change my mind. The saddest gaming moment for me was plugging in the 32X for the Sega Genesis. What a rip off!!!!

I cant believe you are the only other one to put this. The ending of Final fantasyX is definitely the saddest, and proudest moment in gaming for me. That was the definition of a well developed story.
And of course Boss at the end of MGS3 was very moving.
I haven't really had a sad moment, however I've had some moving ones.

Yeah, when most of the group died in the final mission of COD4. When that guy slid the gun over to me, I thought 'I'm gonna get this guy so much!' Ironic, seeing as though I had to retry that thing twice :).
Also, the endings of Shadow of the Colossus and Metal Gear Solid 3. Umm... I had something in my eye.
