Seriously... Call of Duty 4 is not the best Multiplayer game...

i played the beta at a friends house and i though it was pretty awesome, i m getting it tomorrow, when it comes out where i live,

its the best i ve ever played, at least the most fun..

Duh, WARHAWK!!! Everyone that comes over to my house always wants to play Warhawk. Even people that aren't fans of shooter-type games, once they try it, they can't get enough.

despite how many times im going to be called an xbot, my honest opinion on the best multiplayer game right now is Halo 3(i think it will be short lived), but i even found war hawk to be more fun than COD. And there are a ton a PC mutli players that kick its butt..-DeStijl-

Halo 3? cmon, its average at best but nothing special and the match making is so boring

Its all a matter of opinion, some are obssesed with Halo's Multiplayer, others like Day of Defeat, or Team Fotress 2. It doesnt matter what anyone else thinks in best...it only matters what you think.

I could care less if you dont think COD4 multiplayer is amazing, and I could certainly care less what the "majority" thinks.

Opinions only matter to those that have them.

i disagree with halo being average at best, but im not trying to defend that either. Call of Duty just came out and people have barely played it enough to say its the best MP. Its just new so people are like OMG i paid 60 bucks for this game IT MUST BE THE BEST! and a week later the game is sitting in its case collecting dust. IMO the MP is too slow paced. thats why i dont like it but thats just me.

BUt no matter how you cook it, its not the best MP. do anyone of you think it is? Honestly..

Well I would assume that there is a significant population that is enjoying COD4, in fact they are enjoying it enough to create threads filled with opinions that appear to annoy you because they are "wrong."

Awards, Praise from the Masses, or so called authorities (i.e game reviewers) does not make a game better than any other when it comes to personal preference and opinion. The only BEST in the world is whats BEST for YOU...not for anyone else.

lol im not a fan of cod4 but its all a matter of taste. for me cod4 hast he weakest multiplayer of the series so far but thats just for me if people luv it and think its the best why should you care it is the best for them.

by the way if there was one best game ever there would be no other game or need for them everyone would just play that one game not game is perfect and no game is luved by all thats just a fact, people should start respecting or at least understanding other peoples opinions.

I will agree in saying that declaring something as the "best" is over doing it. Its like the World Series being the World Series, granted the US invented professional baseball, other countries and leagues do exist and are not involved in the World Series so how is a champion the World Champion if it has not played against the World?

People tend to exaggerate and the word best is used far too often.

Isn't it the exact same thing with Halo 3? Just a generic FPS game but people build it up to be the best game on earth. Your arguement became flawed when you said Halo 3 was the best, cause Halo is the most over rated franchise that can even almost rival Star Wars. So quit crying. If you don't like it, don't play it. Isn't there ENOUGH FPS games on PS3? That's all there has been all year pretty much, are shooters. I haven't seen any "lack" at all, so again, your arguement is flawed.

Opinions are like A-holes... everyone's got one. Why even start a thread on this? From the sound of things, you probably don't prefer more realistic shooters. What I do know is that it is a great game that a lot of people like.

Think of shooters like a Jessica. If you are f-ing Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, and Jessica Simpson... do you care which Jessica is best? No, you just have fun with it, and f them all... and decide whichis Jessica Alba and play that one the most.

wow, r u serious? too slow paced? ok maybe were not talkin about the same game, bc CoD4's multiplayer is anything but slow paced. its got a faster pace than halo, mostly bc it doesnt take two full clips to kill someone. i cant believeu just said it was slow paced. u can not like it its ur opinion but when u say stuff like that it kinda makes u look like u dont know what ur talkin about
