is it really worth paying more and getting it imported to USA?
Absolutely. One of my favorite RPGs ever. I like it more than Crisis Core. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. You will love it, enjoy.
I know lots of people like it, but I didn't find it as much fun as most other RPGs like Tales of Symphonia. It's by no means a bad game though, go for it if you think you will enjoy it.
