I think it should. I mean on the English one there is not much exiting there at all and i can't buy things of the American one because i don't have the correct curruncy. Please message mewith your opinions.
It's true that it's not as true as you think because you'd have to get all the media from one country to another and to acess servers from one country to another causes lag in the internet, the whole thing would flop, freeze, and even blow up because so many people would be acessing the servers.
Sooner or later i think with everythingSonys giving the PS3 - I dont see whythey cant put up more servers and currency converters to merge the stores - then again you never know, its Sony!
I still don't get how the PS store works if something is made available from day 1 on say the US store it should be made available on all other stores that are English speaking. 3 weeks on the UK & Ireland store still doesn't have PAIN or HV Bowling???? Why????
There's other things to consider like Regional Marketing Campaigns and Restrictions, Global Licensing, Territory Media Tolerances, Region specific content, etc.
I think there should be but the logistics are probably iffy. It'd be nice to access to all the content just with currency converter and language settings. I can't tell you how envious I am of EU and JP stores for psp content.
I think it could work, or even bring some of the downloads from other stores here...Like I am sure a bunch of people would download GT prologue if it was in the US store and in english...Its something to consider possibly for the future..
because there are many languages and diffrent rating boards and stuff like that. Well those are the main reasons and if you would make all the same demos and videos for all regions there would be a slight problem with translating if theres a japanesse video you dont want that in the english store.

im sure they could make it so the store items you get are related to the languages picked on your id
I think the PS Store from any region should accept WORLDWIDE ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS from any part of the world. Otherwise, I don't see the reason of asking for one :roll:
