The update seemed ok on my 60Gb ps3 until i just tried to play MGS4 and found it's running all laggy and kept partially crashing.Didn't get this problem pre 2.40.
Me. Only thing i've noticed is when i first sign in to psn, the avatar doesnt show up properly unless i sign out then sign in again, besides that, all works fine.
Lmfao people are so paranoid. IF YOU already downloaded 2.4 you're fine. The only problems occured during installation. So if yours installed properly than don't worry your PS3 won't get messed up.
I didnt at the moment although since i heard 2.30 is bricking systems i have not turned it on since im waiting for the new update as if it is causing problems the longer i use the better chance it may cause a problem, i managed to finish MGS4 beforehand so im happy i have other games to play on other systems, AOC on pc,burnout and dmc 4 on 360 so i can wait although i would like to get some more trophies in super stardust.
