Sign if you are gonna buy MAG day one !!!

The only two games that are Day 1 purchases are MGS4 and soon, GOW3. Because they are already proven franchises.

Yet here you all are going crazy for a game you know nothing about. You are going off by some trailer they put together. Some of you will say "Well look at who is developing the game." Last time I did that, Free Radical disappointed me when I played the Haze demo. I knew from the demo that I wasn't as excited about the full game.

MAG will probably be online frag, spray and pray fest. I hope that it doesn't turn out that way but we would be fooling ourselves if we thought it would be any different. I'll keep my eye on the development for this game. But I won't go crazy saying that it's a Day 1 purchase.

Actually it has surprising great online play, at least admit that, but other than that point its overall a terrible game.

You people are getting a little ahead of yourself. like I would trust PSN with 256 people in 1 game.

With the deadzone that most titles are over PSN, you think it's going to have a community that large?

You've seen 1 trailer and no gameplay. Quit being a fanboy. I'll decide when I see more of it. Isn't a little early for the hype train to be taking off?

the ps3 is cabable of running this just fine. wait and see. and a little early to hype?? what the hell. looks amazing, many of us cant wait to see more. a little early for hype though. thats stupid. as soon as people beat halo 2, they were screaming for halo 3. but i guess that was ok right? same concept goes for gears of war 2.

To the people who are talking about LAG where were you during the entire part where he said the PS3 is built for the FUTURE. I'm not sure about you but in my area they are offering FIBER OPTICS. I doubt bt the time this game comes out there will be as many problems as we are having now. Also they are using all new/ custom technology. YOU can not judge the game based on hardware and technology you are currently familiar with. I know it sounds like a joke but seriously they have prooven (MGS4 & HOME) that they are working on better things.

I think they put the PS3 out with a few games that will hold people and do for now, but they putting their main focus on games that will look awesome 3-5 years from now. I can't wait. Sony has NEVER let me down. My PS1, 2 & PSP STILL works and is the oldest things I have technology wise. Anyway sign me up!!

As much as i want to say yes because how amazing it looks and the whole 256 players thing im going to have to say no. Not untill i see game play because what if it is game boy graphics. lolol

About the lag issue, why would they release a laggy game. My theory is that if an mmo can get 1000+ players online at one time then this is possible.

How bout you quit being such a damn downer in every thread you show up in. Is it early to be getting excited? Yes, I agree with you. 256 in one game seem like a lot. Of course. But Resistance pulled off 40 with no lag and Warhawk pulled off 32, so you can forget your little "deadzone" comment. R2 will most likely pull off 80 with no lag this fall, and that will pave the way for MAG to possibly pull off this feat.

And if people want to get excited, let them. Personally, I'm cautious but at the same time I'm a little excited to get more info as it becomes available.

but it is from the same studio that made socom;), and the concept is somewhat similar :) so it makes kinda sense
