Siren: Blood Curse

yo anybody played this game yet? (it's on the PSN store now ...)

I can't decide to spend 20 pounds for full game ? or buy the chapters individually (I lose 8 pound..)

it says it's a Stealth game? is this true?

your thoughts?

Its not a stealth game. It has stealth gameplay in it. Play the demo and you'll know what sort of stealth it has.

Just spend the 20 pounds for the full game, seems like a great deal to me. This game is actually right now, the best survival horror on the PS3(well theres practically no survival horrors on the PS3 anyways).

Is it really good ? Worth the money?

should I get something else from PSN (I don't have anything other than Warhawk)?

I'd download the demo first.

I downloaded it last week and didn't think it was anything special.

I was actually surprised that the demo was actually pretty cool. I really didnt hear about this game until last week,, its not bad.

Its kind of a throwback to the old horror games on PS1, the RE and Silent Hills

I'd advise you to play the demo before purchasing the full game.

I tried the demo.

It does have some stealth element.

Overall I was pretty darn disappointing. How should I say this..... the game felt too "American"

The sarcastic witting comments main character makes, just kills the horror mood immediately. Also the camera angle was ridiculously poor and gives terrible view. And the game feels like it tries to go with macho method where you can "pwn" these zombie like things.

Fatal Frame and Rule of Rose managed to set that horror mood well due to more subtle approach. I feel like Siren lacks that touch.

Well the graphic was pretty decent I'd say.

Personally..... I think Forklore (a action RPG) was better at creating that "horror" mood.

Not saying Forklore was scary

It's just thats how un-scary Siren is.

Also Dead mom writing letter to the daughter > anything Siren demo threw at me.

Siren is a much more horrific and creepy game, sorry. Folklore is like Disneyland. Not a bad thing, but it's just candy coated and cute.

Fair enough comment but i fracking love the fatal frame games. They seriously need a PS3 sequel.JustWiicredible

Agreed. It was really pretty disappointing to find out Fatal Frame IV was going to be Wii exclusive :(. It was probably my favourite horror series behind Silent Hill.
