The game isn't even worth a buy let alone skipping school in my opinion. Less than 10 tracks and no reverse versions? No thanks. One Game mode(career), No thanks. No single race, come on thats a joke. Online better be good or this game is entirely over rated because of pretty visuals.GameCrazed85yet you pay $100 for a cable that just looks pretty? nice try spanky

I enjoy my pretty cable. Blue is my favorite color. It makes me happy looking at it everyday after listening to useless posts like yours. Thanks for trying to contribute to the thread though, really. Sorry for my honest opinion that i'm sure a lot of people over the age of 17 will agree with once they play the game. If not then I'm glad they will enjoy it because I will only enjoy it as a 2 week rental sorry.

i hear only the smartest of people are amazed by shiney things/pretty colors. you could have saved $90 buying cheap cable, could have paid for your rental of the next 10 games or so that you want, and bought a blue marker to color some paper for yourself to look at. i love how you try to be cute to justify your purchase. or, you could have purchased the game with that $90, had some cash left over to buy glitter to keep yourself occupied mentally, and if you hated the game, sold it or traded it in for a $20 loss or so. which means you still wasted less money if you bought the game. the cable does nothing, you can buy lots of blue items that cost less, so youre obviously either a simpleton(which i HIGHLY doubt) or youre just trying to make it look like you dont care about wasting money on one thing, while complaining about paying for a $60 game that will still entertain you, even if not for long[QUOTE="GameCrazed85"]yet you pay $100 for a cable that just looks pretty? nice try spanky[QUOTE="Gzus666"][QUOTE="GameCrazed85"]The game isn't even worth a buy let alone skipping school in my opinion. nice way to dodge the point, very mature of you to ignore the purpose the response, and try to make it a fight. "The game isn't even worth a buy let alone skipping school in my opinion. When it comes to cables cheap doesn't mean better and sometimes you get what you pay for. Why else would people pay $150 for headphone cables. Personally I wouldn't get Monster Cables nor would I pay $5 for no name brand. I'm more middle of the road, not to expensive and not to cheap.
Anyway the man offered his opinion on Motorstorm are you guys are jumping on him cause he spent $100 for Monster HDMI cables. Hell why don't you go to the AV forums and jump on all the people that spend that kind of money on cables?
I happen to agree with him about Motorstorm. The game looks like it'll be fun for an hour or 2 but not much more than that. I'm more of a sim racing fan where they at least try and simulate real racing, that's why I bought F1 CE.

sigh, gotta edumicate another one. do you know the difference between a digital signal and an analog signal? most of the people on sound forums will swear by analog for sound, because you have to have analog to hear sound, so even a digital signal is converted sooner or later, with analog cables, interference can give the incorrect voltage, that is why an expensive analog cable helps. they shield them more, and use a better conductor. on the other spectrum, we have HDMI, this supplies a 100% digital signal across its path. you have 1's and 0's(on and off) with an HDMI cable, to call it an HDMI cable, it MUST meet the minimum specifications, which means it must be able to carry the signal across whatever length it is. the signal either gets there or it doesnt, period. so, a more expensive cable is capitalizing on people like you, who dont know the difference between the 2. as i stated, i dont care if he doesnt like it, thats fine, but he said it wasnt worth the money, and neither was his cable.[QUOTE="kingtito"][QUOTE="Gzus666"][QUOTE="GameCrazed85"][QUOTE="Gzus666"][QUOTE="GameCrazed85"]yet you pay $100 for a cable that just looks pretty? nice try spanky[QUOTE="Gzus666"][QUOTE="GameCrazed85"]The game isn't even worth a buy let alone skipping school in my opinion. He offered his opinion on the game and said it wasn't worth his money. Someone else pointed out he paid $100 for cables but won't shell out $60 for a game. So what I won't pay $60 for Motorstorm because I don't think it's worth it either.
BTW my cables cost like $15 at Fry's. So jackass I didn't spend lots of money on an HDMI cable but like I said who cares. The game MOTORSTORM isn't worth $60 IMO. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT???? Someone how I don't think you do. Maybe you'll come back with more talk about spending $5 on cables compared to $100, like it matters.
I think you need to get over your self and let the man have his own opinion.
Yeah, I'm sure my grades no longer count. As long as you pass first semester, they will graduate you as long as you have all the needed credits and I do since I took all my my required courses already. So if I failed my classes, I can still graduate and go to college. They can't stop me, so I really don't care anymore. Hence, I've been failing everything lately. My teachers are all like wtf, they said I was supersmart the first semester but now I'm doing like horrible and sloppy work. Sometimes, none at all. I have a ton of hw due tomorrow but it doesn't matter anyway, skipping.
Bloodcore77
You couldn't be more wrong. If you fail all your c lasses 2nd semester, colleges will rescind their offers, especially if you applied to schools with decent academic standards. I can't believe you don't know this. You don't want to get D's and F's second semester senior year. Good luck with that.Â
Don't worry. I'm freaking smart and won't actually fail. Probably slip by with C's. I'm just not trying anymore but I still get awesome grades on test though. Hey, I even got schlorships from the colleges and they really want me so I doubt that they will recline their offer.
Bloodcore77
You'll be fine with C's, just don't get D's and F's.
And colleges don't give a **** about you, they just want your money. You'll figure that out as soon as you start attending one.

If not then I'm glad they will enjoy it because I will only enjoy it as a 2 week rental sorry.
i hear only the smartest of people are amazed by shiney things/pretty colors. you could have saved $90 buying cheap cable, could have paid for your rental of the next 10 games or so that you want, and bought a blue marker to color some paper for yourself to look at. i love how you try to be cute to justify your purchase. or, you could have purchased the game with that $90, had some cash left over to buy glitter to keep yourself occupied mentally, and if you hated the game, sold it or traded it in for a $20 loss or so. which means you still wasted less money if you bought the game. the cable does nothing, you can buy lots of blue items that cost less, so youre obviously either a simpleton(which i HIGHLY doubt) or youre just trying to make it look like you dont care about wasting money on one thing, while complaining about paying for a $60 game that will still entertain you, even if not for longWell if I needed to save $90 then I guess I would have done that and gone to monoprice and ordered a black cable right? Sorry your so outraged by what I buy. I'm glad I could make your day today! :D
nice way to dodge the point, very mature of you to ignore the purpose the response, and try to make it a fight. "The game isn't even worth a buy let alone skipping school in my opinion. Less than 10 tracks and no reverse " that would be the major statement that im talking about there kiddo. you say its not worth buying, yet, a cable that costs $90 extra to be blue does. see how that is what we call hypocritical? hell, you could have painted a cheap cable blue, so thats not the reason, especially since anyone with a setup they are proud of ties their cables back and tries to hide them. if the game is even mildly appealing, it would give you more enjoyment than a stationary blue object. if you dont like the game, whatever, thats obviously your call 100%, and i could care less. but coming from you saying any game isnt worth the money, when a colored cable is, its more just you going out of your way to bother people, obviouslyActually I can see paying $100 for cables over buying a game I know I'm either going to be bored with or not like at all.
I'm more of a sim racing fan where they at least try and simulate real racing, that's why I bought F1 CE.
sigh, gotta edumicate another one. do you know the difference between a digital signal and an analog signal? most of the people on sound forums will swear by analog for sound, because you have to have analog to hear sound, so even a digital signal is converted sooner or later, with analog cables, interference can give the incorrect voltage, that is why an expensive analog cable helps. they shield them more, and use a better conductor. on the other spectrum, we have HDMI, this supplies a 100% digital signal across its path. you have 1's and 0's(on and off) with an HDMI cable, to call it an HDMI cable, it MUST meet the minimum specifications, which means it must be able to carry the signal across whatever length it is. the signal either gets there or it doesnt, period. so, a more expensive cable is capitalizing on people like you, who dont know the difference between the 2. as i stated, i dont care if he doesnt like it, thats fine, but he said it wasnt worth the money, and neither was his cable.Frankly I don't get your point.
I think you need to get over your self and let the man have his own opinion.
frankly, i dont think you understand what you are talking about. you said you have to buy a expensive cable for it to be better, and you told me that i should check the AVS forums, i explained to you why digital isnt affected by the cable price, and why analog was. i didnt say you spent the extra money on the cables "jackass", i stated that the guy i was speaking about did. need to take some more reading comprehension classes maybe? i dont care what you think, i was just clearing up the digital issue there spanky, he spent $100 on a cable which will bring no more to the table than a $10 cable. so to say a game that costs $60 bucks, but gives enjoyment, maybe not $60 worth, but some, but buy a $100 cable that isnt worth the extra money cause there is no difference is hypocritical.Who here are gonna skip school on the 6th and 7th to buy motorstorm and to play it for the whole day?
I will because I'm a second semester senior and my grades no longer count.
I got accepted into every college I applied to so I can skip school any time I want and it doesn't make a difference.
I will skip school on the 6th and 7th, just to play Motorstorm.

how am i ignorant to you owning a cable? i know you own it, so im not ignorant to it, you keep dodging the meat of the argument to make sure you dont look like a jackass who wastes money but wont buy a $60 game cause "its not worth it", but the cable isnt either. you dont want to save money on cables, but you want to save money on a game your going to rent anyway? keep tryingPlease Log In to post.
