Smackdown VS RAW 2008

I'm pretty sure they will take Chris Benoit out of the game, especially since WWE.com took all his videos and merchandising off their web site. Would you like to see him in or out of the game?

i'm sure no one does, but i thought he like killed his wife and son then hung himself, pretty sad if you ask me because i'm sure a lot of people look up to him

Yes, that sounded like the report. WWE has made a statement that the drugs were legal prescriptions and Benoit tested negative on April 10 (or 7th). They prescriptions were for his son. In the statement WWE said the media is exploiting the roid rage for which they have a right to say until autopsies or other type of proof are shown.

I saw this before on my homepage. Maybe that explains it, really didnt for me but maybe its cause i barely read it.

He should be in the game, but wont. They're not going to promote someone who killed his family then commited suicide. That would be bad rep for the game because media would say that they are condoning his actions. I was never really a Chris Benoit fan,barely even watched wrestling since The Rock and Stone Cold left because its become a male soap opera now. You have john cena=wanna be rock and thats basically what the show is riding on. They dont even try to go back to the old days where there was actually like 5 or 6 belts, now theres just 3. The WWE championship, World championship and ECW championship.

I really hope he's on there. I used to watch wrestling all the time when I was a kid and for the past month I've been playing a lot of SvR 2007 with my friends. Iwas planning on watching it again when I turned on the TV monday to see the tragedy. Chris Benoit was one of my favorite wrestlers and its a shame this happened. Even if he is a murderer he was still a tremendous competitor. RIP Chris Benoit.RoyTheViking

I haven't cared about wrestling since about 20 years ago when I was 6, but I would buy this game IF Chris Benoit was in it. I want to put a hurt on him so bad his mother would cry when she saw what I did to him. ROT IN HELL BENOIT!!!

I dont think he should be in it, but I see nothing wrong if they put him in because this was somthing personal outside of the ring that happened, it had nothing to do with the WWE show.

They dont even try to use Tag Team championship anymore. Womens championship is a joke after Trish and Lita left. Intercontinental? That belt doesnt mean as much as it used to like 4 years ago. US championship? Equivalent to WWE championship. Cruiserweight? Hasnt been good since WCW, the only good cruiserweight they have they tried making world champion.

When I said they had 3 belts, i didnt really mean it was only 3 belts, but thats all they promote.
