Heard it came out tday... and i'm interested in buying it. Doolz told me that it was a hell lot better than inFAMOUS, but i want to know what you guys think of it. What are the pros and cons of the game, and do you really think its worth the 60$?

Sounds like those ppl were on somethingWell it has less to do with how they feel about infamous and more about the fact that it was ps3 exclusive.

so true. If infamous was the game the M game with the gore and prototype was the T game with no blood I could see everyone saying inFamous is better cuz its violent. Whatever inFamous is a great game it doesn't need head slicing and blood filling the streets to be good.Funny the new review at Che*t Code Central gave Prototype a better score on graphics than infamous (final overall score: Infamous 4.4 - Prototype 4.9 out of 5) but on the trailers I kept thinking that Infamous looked so much better in the graphics department. So does it look better or not?its sick! its a lot of fun , not as gud looking as infamous but definately alot of fun.

from the back of the case Infamous takes up 1277MB minimum. I don't know about Prototype thoughHow much memory does Prototype (and Infamous if you have it) take? Just curious.

Thats a shame I found Infamous a immensely over-rated game, at best a rental nothing I would bother buying at full price.. The game had repeitive missions, and the enemy variety was sickening.. There are literally like 3 types of enemies through 95% of the game you fight.. I know some will probably will disagree with me, but thats pretty disheartening that people think Infamous is better.sSubZerOoWhat games have different missions for every mission you do and what games don't have enemies that are basically the same?

There's either 3 types of enemies as you stated, or you are just exaggerating.
my expectations for prototype were low but man that game just blew me away, its way better then i thought it be. and anyone whose played prototype will tell you infamous and prototype are two different games very different. im really enjoying prototype personally i have to reccomened like all games it may not be for everyone. its extremely visceral, and its got a pretty deep combat system and has its own stealth mechanism as well. its really faced paced as well. the city is really alive you have npc all over the place its super crowded theres grafittie on the wall its just a very lively city. and the web of intrigue is a cool way to reveal the story but i can imagine not everyone will enjoy the totaly non linear telling of the story.

Well I said 95% of the time.. 50% of the enemies you face are the typical machine gun wielding guys with a different appeance.. The next are the rocket launcher guys which every gang has and they act the same.. The only real difference is they get tougher as time goes on.. Than are the few conduits, the first one isn't very unique can teleport around abit has a machine guna nd some times uses a shock wave like attack.. Than the few other conduits.. And none Mr music on the missions part though one of my favorites, X3 Terran Conflict has alot more to do.. I just thougth the missions were really repetitive and nothing really change other than the fact you have no bad guys respawn.. Thats it.. Now as for bad guys, I normally don't have problem with them except the fact you take 2 feet from your apartment and are attacked by them every step of the way.. They are quite generic too.. Thats just me though take it as you may.

Yeah I have nothing wrong with repition its just the side missions felt alot like MMO generic missions with little real unique things you got from it.. You got small bonuses to me didnt feel really big of a deal and other such things.. I thought one of the main problems with the enemy is they had no personality, to me they were basically mindless guys with no real goal.. Even the good and evil side quests were quire stupid...
