I always thought a miniature Europe would be awesome... with different parts of the city different countries. More realistically, I would love for it to be in England, and as far as progression goes it would be best.

No offence to some of your suggestions, but GTA:Detroit/Atlanta/Hong Kong all seem kinda boring. If you wanna play in Tokyo/Honk Kong, then wait for Yakuza 3. Other than NYC, only LA or Miami would be fun to play in.. and theye done that before. I think they went back to Liberty City because GTA3 was probably a much smaller version of what they envisioned.

If they released GTA:San Andreas with GTA IV's graphic engine and gameplay, I would pay $100 for it

A wal mart sweatshop in syngapore. Or just dont make another, GTA is pretty much run down, they cant really do to much to spice it up like it was when GTA3 came out. Its one of those games you can make a prequel or sequel to, but its pretty useless its all the same. You can add new cars and weapons but really they are just slightly modded versions of the older ones. I think GTA is a game that should retire its name, its about time to suck it up and say goodbye.

seriously tho, gta needs licensed cars, houses with multi car garages and id like to be able to go into 10% of the buildings. i hate the sterile environments that fill gta

hong kong, tokyo or something like that. i just don't want them to do a san andreas type game or just stay away from that enviroment yes it had way more stuff compared gta 4 but because it was so big it felt empty and boring in my opinion.

All of the places you guys mentioned would be sort of boring there should be a variety...it should be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates...you have the lavish hotels...the ghetto district...and the palm islands...it would really fit perfectly with the GTA style...

I think they need to relook at the sucesses of san andreas and build off of those. They need to keep the multiplayer mode though. I also liked the cell phones and the ability to shop I think they should look into the multilayered blurays capabilities as well to see how much content they can add. keep the action going. Give you more bonus'. After I beat the game the first time there was not much else I wanted to do and the multiplayer lacked so shortly after it was sold for socom which has been much more fun even with the problems the release has suffered.

Hong Kong.
They can also go to Japan or Korea, but I would prefer HK just because in real life, a lot of people on HK actually do speak english. Just to make it more realistic.
