because ac6 was exclusive for 360, and we got this brand new hawx, just a question will you drop ace combat series?

well for me not yet beacuse i've play ac6 on my friend house anyway, but if ac7 comes out exclusive at 360 again, its over

I love Ace Combat and I have played the living daylights out of that series. It was a huge disappointment that it didnt make it on the PS3 and I was excited about HAWX for a while. Now that I have played the demo I can see some of the good bits but the whole 2 miles away 3rd person mode I found a little gimmicky and inaccurate. Hopefully AC7 will show up on the PS3.

I was petty disappointed when I found out AC6 was a 360 exclusive. I've been playing the series since AC2 and it felt like a huge slap in the face. I'll give HAWX a try since I have nothing else to turn to.

Fair enough man. I was just curious if you took the time to try to adjust to it or just rejected it right off the bat. Didnt mean to insinuate anything. Concerning suddenly slowing down during a dogfight, there a variety of aerial maneuvers designed to perform just that, but none them involve just slamming on the brakes. The simplest is slam on the brakes and nose up until you have gone 90 degrees, then slam the nose back down. You should gain some altitude but drop a ton of speed making anyone tailing you closely overshoot and giving you the drop on them when you bring the nose back down. It is known as Pugachev's Cobra. I tip my hat to you, I have just learned something new about air maneuvers and will be testing it out extensively in HAWX and AC4. Some of them I have used previously in AC4 but never knew they were actual usable maneuvers!

Well I bought HAWX, and love it. I use to be a Ace Combat fan since the first on on the Playstation. But since they sold us out. Im done with it. If you haven't given HAWX a try, then your missing out on good gameplay, great visuals and sound, and overall fun. Just my take.
