Socom pack for just the mic?

Did many people buy this just for the mic?

I got the whole set for 29.99$ and i was just thinking like "meh the game might be ok and if not i can just mess around with people over the mic"

but i hate the game its to hard and if you say like anything random,People are like THAT IT KICKIN YOU OUT

Nope i bought it for the game i didnt really need the mic but it was $10 more so i say Eh and got it

Socom is autually my favourite game so far

Bought mine for the mic for $53 because I was going to get a mic anyways. I figured sweet $3 game. I don't think Socom is worth $3. Thats after the patch that supposedly fixed it.

Thats why I got it, Mic works good. I definitely need a mute button and what not.

As far as comfort i dont think its anything special....I alwayd liked the one from warhawk.

Yeah that is what I did

$60 for an official headset (which is $50) and a mediocre, broken shooter was a good deal

I got the endwar pack. Endwar was enjoyable if not a little basic in the way of rts es but it was an amazing mic for $10 less than the mic alone. Excellent mic cheaper than retail + decent game = good deal.

Yeah, I bought it just for the mic, Socom is still sealed, and I've only used the mic for Killzone. But, still a good deal I'd say.

Socom is not broken, or anything, its one of the greatest games iv played. The only reason people bash it is because they suck at it. People are used to COD being easy and when Socom is hard they find other reasons and bash it.Nick3306

People dont hate Socom because they suck. Its just a poorly made game. It takes forever to get in a match and when you do, the graphics are mediocre at best and games' frame rate is still crap. Its a laggy pos.

ohh it is not that bad i have not had lag or framerate problems

the graphics are ok and the gameplay is very very good which is what matters. It is socom which I have always enjoyed and like he said the game is hard and it takes time to get used to it and teamwork

I worked at toys r us when they came out so i got one with my discount for less than the game

its not a "play for the first time and be really god at it game" like cod. and with so much teamwork that needs to be done some people dont like messing on the micsriver_rat3117
