Some jerk spoiled the ending of Dead Space for me... should I still get it?

I was planning to get it this week, but now I've had the ending and all the plot twists ruined. I really, really hate that. But how big of a deal do you think that is in this game? I hope the tension won't be ruined by knowing how it all ends.

regardless anyways, it is still worth it completely to buy the game. its super fun, super polished, very tight gameplay, and very very creepy/scary.

play it at night, with a decent surround sound, it will get your blood pumpin.

[spoiler] well, he told me about the girlfriend actually being dead all along, and how a monster that looks like her jumps out at you at the very end. I guess that's not all the plot twists (hopefully), but it seems like it might be a big one, since she's the whole reason issac goes out there, right? [/spoiler]

its worse when they do it with a film... it would be something like "yeah the cop dies at the end anyway"

I read your spoiler, yeah that does ruin the little bit of enticing story dead space had...the gameplay is worth it though

I didn't find the game scary or creepy at all
