Some one stole my psn account today (Help!!)

5 hours ago i gave my m8 my account information so he can get R2 beta and after he went to my account he changed the id and the password and i can't sign in.

I lost my trophies I have alot of trophies I lost them.

now what shall i do to get back my account?

Is it someone you personally know? If so go kick his ass ..

If you don't know him then report him to Sony somehow?

Never give your information out to anyone .. regardless who they are ..
