Whenever I turn it on, I can hear everything such as the start up sound and when I move around the home menu, but the screen is really strange..it looks like it's cracked in the top left corner and has some weird colors and lines coming out, I can't really explain it, but would anyone happen to know anything about this?

What was the last thing you did with it the last time it was on?

My brother had it last, so i'm not sure, the last thing in it though was Winning Eleven, so he was probably playing that...

Ask him

Perhaps he dropped it or got that part of the screen wet with something.

Alright.. I've been reading up on it and it seems to be the cause of putting too much pressure on the PSP screen or putting it in extreme cold since the crystals of the LCD screen would freeze.. I guess he dropped it or something.

Either your LCD cracked, or something is wrong with the screen connection. You can easily buy a new screen, and if you're capable of it, install the new one yourself.

If it only happens with one game you need a new disc case. Not the case that the manual and the game come in, but the case for the disc itself. I have a game that does that.

This is the cheapest and smartest method here.
