Splinter Cell Blacklist for the PS3

I have not played a SC game since Double Agent, unless you count the HD Trilogy that just came out. Everyone says conviction was horrible. I never played it. I have payed off this game, but am having second thoughts about it. Im torn :|

I have been looking foward to this game for a while.

Lets hope it turns out good.

Didn't pre order it or anyting, but on release day ill probably pick it up if reviews aren't horrible.

I'm not a big fan of stealth games.

Are they ever going to release Conviction on PS?

I'm one of the rare people that really liked Conviction, and from what I've seen of it Blacklist looks great. Its a little unnerving that Ubi's been kinda quiet about this game so close to release, but I have faith that Blacklist will deliver all the stealthy ass-kickery I've come to expect from the series. I guess we are in the minority cause I liked conviction as well and Blacklist is a Day1 purchase for me.

I have some great memories playing Double agent online. Specs vs mercs. I was addicted at one point.

I'll probably end up getting the game, not sure when I will though

got mine preordered and paid in full. As far as conviction is concerned.....no....just no. The only thing they got right in that game was Michael Ironside--it was basically Batman Arkham Asylum with Fisher as the main character. Unless you consider Batman AA a stealth game then....no.

Im looking forward to it. Im hoping the single player will be solid. I dont play much multi player but wouldnt mind finding some people to do co op. Looks like it would some fun. The 2 reviews i have seen that the game is getting good scores. Hope to pick this up sometime next week.

Anyone know how long its going to be?
