So now that we've seen the cross platform abilities between PS3 and PC with Portal 2. How far do you think valve will be willing to go to intergret it more?

Do you think that they will bring L4D2? Maybe even newer games they come out with later on for the PS3? Thoughts on this?

Also, how come the PS3 version of Portal 2 doesn't get the CO-OP character customization or extras?

I wish they would bring L4D2 over, but i don't see it happening. It's an older game and unless they decide to do something big (like expansions for the PC) i dont see it happening.. unless it's easy for them too and they decide its worth their time. Future games could possibly have it, Portal 2 is probably their test to see.

Who knows. Perhaps the Orange Box might get a re-release.

I have no doubts now that Episode Three would be coming out on the PS3 now.

To be fair DCUO has a lot more issues than just cross platform play. :P

So..., how do you know when you're playing someone of the opposite platform? On ps3 you can't press T like the PC version.

Well, when i played co-op for the first time. It said the person i was with was playing on steam. So i assume by that it meant PC.

Which is pretty cool.

Excuse my stupidity but does having Steam on the PS3 mean we can download old or new PC games? That sounds too good to be true to me.

Ok thanks. So the benefit of Steam for PS3 and Portal is that it has cross platform play. I hope this opens the door for other features as well.

Yup, and on the PC it says "Your partner in science" so what's the difference?

I wonder if this Steamworks on PS3 will finally integrate some type of ingame chat rooms/party chat...
