Nice sig I lol'dI did that ones with the tiny screws on the HDD tray.
I used these giant tweezer things. It's like a garage tool. I can't even remember what it's called.

Anyway, I'm having a similar issue with a severely damaged screw head on my Xbox 360's hard drive. I'll probably just take it somewhere that can precision drill it out for me.

Okay... 1. Old thread
2. put the screwdriver in the screw, apply a lot of your weight onto the screwdriver (that way it wont be able to move around in the screw slot and strip it even more) then get a pair of big pliers and crank on it.
