Why are you so excited about something that happened a while ago? Well, my dad was going to buy one for the family with blu-ray and all but he took too long so I got it myself.

I got my 360 as a gift, but I bought my PS3 with my own money.

I paid for mine with my own money. I worked to be able to afford one. I get more satisfaction from working, earning money, and then buying something rather than having my parents hand it to me. Free things are still nice though, I won't complain :D

i paid for mine, if the ps3 was like £100 then yeah, my parents prob get me it if i did somthing very good. But it was my money that i earned, so i thought i treat my self, People dont treat them selves much these days in the UK with all the high taxes
