that dragon of skyrim

i had a quest which i have to kill a dragon in a shrine.but the dragon see me and always flee from fire range.what i can do to kill that dragon.this is the quest at the bone shrine in south of ulric's town.

maybe there is a trick for killing it cuz he don't want to land on the ground.

If you have the shout dragonrend it will force him to land. Hope this helps.
