the last dmc sold less then hot shot golf ffs. MGS is a huge series. it sells 3x as much as dmc. I don't understand what the significance of dmc4 going multiplat. Capcom is in money trouble, konami isn't.
I have seen some of the posts on this topic. And I am disgusted at the xbox 360 fanboys are saying on this board.
Resident Evil 5 - :cry:Ace combat is on xbox 360? I only heard this stupid rumour about the blockbuster thing.. Resident evil was never an exclusive.
Assassin's Creed -
GTA IV -
Devil May Cry 4 - (Damn!)
Ace Combat -
MGS4 - ??????
Final Fantasy XIII - ???????
Sony have to do something really "fast".
If MGS4 goes to Xbox 360 -> PS3 = "The New Sega Saturn" or maybe "Dreamcast".
Damn!

If ps3 does lose the exclusive right... It will be another big blow to sony. However, I heard that MGS4 cannot be done properly on the 360, so, I doubt that MGS 4 will be release for the 360. Anyway, Just have to wait and see. Thomas-CrownI don't buy that. TOo be honest fromt he screens of it so far i'm not impressed.
Relax its just the beggining like the ps3 got Saints Row they are getting Devil May Cry so just relax give some time for ps3 to sell out.Dont jump to conclusions this fast.ConjuredevilLOL...if that's the deal ur looking at to compare 360 won that deal.

Can you explain why the 360 can't do it. Is it because the 360 is not future proof like the PS3- with the power the of a billion super computer put together.:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

the ps3 cures cancer![QUOTE="kenshinhimura16"]A few things. Kojima said that features of the game CANT be handled by the 360, it could be ported later on, but it would be a watered down version and most likely having flaws as MGS 2: S for the original xbx. The DMC blow yeah, was a surprise, but Capcom has been dissapointing lately, closing Clover, getting a fight with those devs, making mediocre ports and releasing crappy remakes with one or 2 extras (DMC 3 SE Im talking about you). I will stick to Sony as long as Lair, White Knight, MGS4 FF XIII, GOW 3 are still there. And from the looks of it they will be. SE know that porting makes crap out of games, that why you dont see ports, only remakes. hyofinkl
Capcom really started to plunge in quality after they shut down Clover studios. The whole reason for closing Clover was because Okami didn't really sell much. Even though Okami didn't really appeal to the public, the game is widely considered one of the best games of 2006 (with IGN's best game of the year award) and with good reason. Capcom now focuses more on sales and money than quality of exclusive games that really make people think games are a form of art. I don't see the great developer nowadays that produced Street Fighter 2, Resident Evil, and many more good games but a developer greedy for money and makes every game multiplatform like EA.
