WOW capcom u backstabbin whores !!!! lol i feel sorry for sony i wanted to get one but i dont noe about that now. If sony looses more exclusive its going to be another monopoly for microsoft, stop supporting there monopoly and get a PS3. I just hope we get some more good exclusives.
the last dmc sold less then hot shot golf ffs. MGS is a huge series. it sells 3x as much as dmc. I don't understand what the significance of dmc4 going multiplat. Capcom is in money trouble, konami isn't.

If ps3 does lose the exclusive right... It will be another big blow to sony. However, I heard that MGS4 cannot be done properly on the 360, so, I doubt that MGS 4 will be release for the 360. Anyway, Just have to wait and see. Thomas-Crown

Capcom really started to plunge in quality after they shut down Clover studios. The whole reason for closing Clover was because Okami didn't really sell much. Even though Okami didn't really appeal to the public, the game is widely considered one of the best games of 2006 (with IGN's best game of the year award) and with good reason. Capcom now focuses more on sales and money than quality of exclusive games that really make people think games are a form of art. I don't see the great developer nowadays that produced Street Fighter 2, Resident Evil, and many more good games but a developer greedy for money and makes every game multiplatform like EA.
Your not the only who believes that Capcom is taking the plunge. Its sad to see a great company focus more on sales and money then quality. Capcom, you have dissapointed some of us Sony supporters. We will all get over it, but damn does this sting.

Well heres tha deal, although both the 360 & PS3's GPU's are based off of the same generation (same GFX effects) the way and amount of threads each console uses are different! These threads in turn can allow for more dynamic REALTIME effects that "animate" a scene in the tune of Crysis compared to how "static" other games are like GoW!
So basically you can have the same scene yet one has more interactive/reactive physics, lighting, sound, ai, destructible objects, perminate 3D debree/bullet marks, smoke ect. because the more cores/dedicated processors you have the more each one can handle a task. This is why even in PC gaming now were new games use more advanced instructions you benefit from having a dual core cpu or even a "dual core" GPU (SLI'd) for performance more then you would from a 3.6ghz single core processor or a ram upgrade.
All in all this is why the PS3 peak theoretical processing is at like 2.1 Tera flops while the 360 is about 1.8 and modern PC's even with SLI are .9? to 1.0! (Exactly why GRAW1 performed WAY better on 360 then on PC's) As newer games come out the 3 cores wether in single precision or double precision of the 360 will pale in comparsion to the PS3's 7 cores which is what gives the PS3 that marginal boost in Tflop processing power.
but now that ya know the scientific stuff basically Kojima stated that Snake OctoCam suit would be either difficult or impossible to use on the 360 (most likely due to the 3 cores & speed in which they exchange instruction sets) so althought not entiriely impossible MGS4 wouldn't have as many features on the 360 and Kojima doesn't skimp ppl on his games he gives you the best he has 2 offer on a given hardware!
