I've been playing it for about an hour tonight, and every game has only had six people in it. It can't be coincedence after playing this long. Is anyone else coming across this? I want 8 players back!

So I just put the game in to play a little online before bed...had to download a 30+MB update. Anyone know what it does? I don't see any changes so far. It still took me a good 10 minutes to connect to a game, and I actually just realized that I have no sound.

The first one is sort of repetitive, but after the first one you will soon see that ACII is a different ball game ;) and Three is pretty decent :D There is a buy two get one free deal going on and powersaver sale... I think you should buy two of the other AC's right now if you don't have them so you could save more money

Yeah its awesome. So awesome that I beat in less than 4 days and even got up to lvl 13 in the multiplayer before I beat it :D Epic stuff. I'll get back to the MP later. Now I'm too busy with GT5 and BC2 Vietnam :D And Super Meat Boy on Steam. And then there's schoolwork :(

I also should have mentioned that I have absolutely no intention of playing AC:BH right now (and maybe not ever -- given the multiple titles I have my eyes set on, in 2011). My apologies for not listing this key point.

So, I'd rather withhold my purchase until I'll actually have the desire to play BH, instead of spending 35 bucks now just to store a game that I might not even want to play in the future.

From what I understand there were a lot of improved mechanics of the game (including the graphics) so it seems like the mp was the selling point of the game to me.

Two more sequences and I am done :)... but The multiplayer is pretty nice man... but On AC Brotherhood you are playing Ezio 95% and 5% Desmond.

I have an idea for a potentially new character in multi-player is called the seeker these quotes below describe is ways of killing targets. when in low profile and attacking in front of the target he kicks the target in the stomach then stabs the target in the side of the head while they bend over and clench their stomach. when in low profile and attacking from behind the target he puts his arm around the targets head the slits their throat while spinning out of the kill. When jogging (RB or R1) in front of the target he simply does a upper cut with his knife straight up under the chin.

when jogging (R1 or RB) he trips the target then while the target falls backward he brings his knife into the neck.

So I went to hang out with a friend a few days ago and he decided to play some Brotherhood single player. Against my better judgement I decided to watch him. and little did I know that he was on the last two sequences and for whatever dumb reason I decided to watch, so I had the whole game spoiled even though I don't understand a lot of it. I'm partly glad I did watch though. Looking at the game it looked almost exactly like AC2, even the HUD looked the same. The game was too similar, kinda like a very, very large expansion pack. Also, I watched the mp and while it looked like a nice gesture I wasn't too impressed. As I got Assassin's Creed II for only $20 new, I won't be getting this for a long time.

It's definitely more AC2. and easily a better AC2.. The combat is much improved, and the multiplayer is an awesome new entry into the multiplayer gaming catalog. but yeah if your not a big fan of AC2 i wouldnt be in any hurry, Ubisoft drops prices on their games VERY FAST.

Yeah, I loved Assassin's Creed 2. AC1 was good but a bit boring at times. Still as much as I liked AC2 and as much as I wanted Brotherhood right then and there I refuse to pay that much for a game. I imagine myself getting it maybe by summer time or so, because that's how long it's gonna take to beat everything else I have.

No comments about the 1.04 update? Finally, online games don't take hours to start!

I've seen people crying online elsewhere that they're MP custom stuff has to be reset, but honestly, for me, that's a tiny price to pay for being able to hop right into a game.

Also, when you see that everyone's level is zero, don't freak out, that was done just so that you can't see that someone is a level 50, which makes you run away, which made games take forever to start. You're still whatever level you were before the update.

It is kind of a half-assed fix, hiding your stats so that games start more quickly, but bravo to Ubisoft all the same. After a month and a half of being out, AC: Brotherhood's online mode is fixed.

P.S. Looking at the PS3 thread list today...what a bunch of moronic questions. I guess a bunch of 11 year olds got PS3's for Christmas?

I just wish the single player was as good as 2. I've said this a lot but in AC2 you killed a lot people essential to the story. The assassinations felt climactic and meaningful. Each one was executed excellently. In Brotherhood, the only one I can think of is the Banker and that one was pretty difficult, but awesome. All the other assassinations were just on character models that were guards in the middle of somewhere, not in some fortress.

Yeah I agreee.. and it felt like he was rushing lol...and the banker was hard... I had to redo that a few times
