Huh? How so? My opinion is that it's the best handheld gaming device ever released. A few downsides at the moment, but I still love the thing.

It really is an amazing handheld. It has a great selection of games for being out a year despite what people want to say. That being said however Sony has done a piss poor job marketing and managing it and I feel they will run it into the ground with their horrible business moves.

People just have unrealistic expectations, handhelds will never gonna have high quality western games, developers just don't take portable gaming seriously and that's why they won't put much effort in to making one.

The Playstation vita is an excellent system. The recent bad worldwide ecomomy just doesn't allow for very rapid adoption of a $250.00-$300.00 handheld system. Sony seems to understand this. The PSP started off slow. So the PSvita is also slow to start. With just about 4 million sold.

But the PSvita will do alright eventually. this is a great system.

Ps2? Idk. I think the Vita's situation is closer to the PSP's, PS3's, or maybe even the PS1's situation.

It's simply an amazing handheld. Tried playing my DS again and it felt so aged. I mean it's kind of old, but still...

A price drop on both the system ($199 with a game is the sweet spot) and memory cards (need to drop by about half) would do wonders for the Vita. More sales would prompt more developers to be interested in making Vita games. Simple as that, to me.

They have flase advertising to make up for quickly. They need more Ps3 cross-game features and speedy. Not only that, lack of PSP BC after the Go incident has made those people even angrier. At least put almost all on Vita sotre at low prices. Also price is another thing, less price but more buyers would help Sony more with few buyers and higher costs. Especially for a device like the Vita.

What false advertising? There's certainly been a lack of it, but what's been advertised has been accurate.
