the sims 3 on ps3

I'm definitely gonna pick this up for the PC, if it ever came out on consoles then i'd get it.
The Sims can become an addiction if your not careful :P

Even if it is one the PS3 it would be better on the PC. I'll hopefully pick it up soon.

Ported? What from what? Not the PC for sure. The PC is a totally different game. Way better in my opinion.

The Sims 2 for PS2 was a port for the original game on PC despite them being very different versions that's what i meant by ported.

It was not a port. YOu need to go look up some info before you say stuff. The sims on the consoles had way less stuff and you couldn't do anything to the houses compared to the PC. Totally Different game made.

The Sims 3 on the PC is horrible. The graphics are awful and it lags like hell. Imagine IF it was released for the ps3/xbox...:roll:

so far there are no plans. it remains an exclusive. though it wouldnt be surprising to see it end up on the consoles or at least to see a spin off

it will be as Sims 2 was on PS2 and because you're able to install games it'll be much more like the PC Version.

I really hope so, and if they do I hope they don't crap it up. PS3s have more than enough power to run the game, I don't see why we can't have the real deal, rather than some weak story mode and barely any simulation. And for gods sake EA, if you do make it for PS3, PLEASE put in an upstairs.lukas1051

I got The PC version but my computer sucks. Im getting the PS3 version. Its coming out but there is no official date of release, probably next year.
