do you think this function is useless? i mean i rarely see any of the recent game using this function. the only game i play with this function was cod3 for melee and mgs4 for changing the camo to default and shaking rosemary boobs.

so do you think this is useless? or is it just the developer not suporting this function?

Heavy Rain is the only title I played this year that used the sixaxis function and did a good job implementing the feature. On a side note Flower (2009) did a great job using the sizaxis feature.

Sixaxis is not great for everything but Flower makes it all worth it. And there was small section in KZ2 where it was used in a cool way. And lets not forget LTB.

Sixaxis is for PS3 exclusives

flower would be unplayable without it so would gta4 if you put it on sixaxis enabled

Sixaxis made Folklore fun to play, that is reason enough for it to be there.... There are also other games that use it well, like Flower and Heavy Rain

Not really considering Sixaxis was good with Heavy Rain I think it made great use out of it and it did make the game more fun to play and Flower is another great game that uses sixaxis well.

The motion control is wacky, and unresponsive, but it was still cool to use on heavenly sword, so I'll go with no, it has it's uses, if you can survive the headache.

I think It's pretty useless, a small amount of games make use of it well and if it wasn't there wouldn't really affect the game too much. It has no where near enough attention to make it worth while.

The only games I have played where it was used are Farcry 2 and Uncharted. I thought it was pretty useless in both those games.

Nah its not useless, but it would be nice if more devs made use of it. There are games already that use six axis but only as an optional thing but some games have specific parts just for it

I've played all the "good" motion games with the exception of flower and I haven't ever felt that it added anything good to the gameplay. I'd much rather have been controlling things with the thumbsticks than trying to tilt the controller at the right angle.

id try bowling with it but im afraid the controller would be sent flying so yes its as usless as a ds without a touchscreen

It's a little bit useless, I've only played Killzone 2 and Infamous and the six axis has a small appereance, I think is really functional in Heavy Rain

I think its a useless tacky feature. In *most* games it works like a motion quick time event. I hate quick time events.

I think it's useless. Unless it had a feature (like the ones in MGS4 to defeat Screaming Mantis as an example) it was always turned off in games as it "got in the way".

Flower and Folklore were the only games that actually made it worthwhile. Otherwise I really can't say much else about it. It pretty much is an abandoned feature.

And now with PlayStation Move, expect it to become even more non-existant now.
