[QUOTE="f789790"] -Sell one without a hard drive and save themselves some money. Then we could determine the space. It needs a hardrive in every console. (standard)
-Backround downloading. How hard is that? Not hard at all , it already has that.
-Controllers with replacable batteries and dual shock 3 The controllers should last a very long time so that isn't really going to be an issue.
-Make backwards compatibility possible on all versions of the PS3 as I dont want a PS2 sitting next to a PS3 Too late for that. Hopefully they can still keep it in for the premium ps3s for people like yourself but they don't need it in every console.
-Be creative and figure out a way to lower idle power consumption which is almost as high as power consumption during games
Any others you PS3 owners can think of?
Nike_Air
I can't think of too many , but I felt like commenting on your ideas. the only thing that id like at this stage is an ingame XMB,
and like nike_air said it already has background downloading, hdd is stardard so that the developers know that people have AT LEAST some hdd so they can install files to it to improve loading etc, and having replacable batteries means they wont last as long i mean 360 using rechargable AAs is dumb.
and a ps3 is for ps3 games, personally when ive finished a ps2 game i didnt play it again with the exceptiong of thegtas
