Hi, im thinking of getting a ps3 but im afraid that i wont enjoy the games. On the 360 there are alot of games that i enjoy such as shooting and racing games. I was wondering if the ps3 will keep my interest?(I have a psp but the games just dont appeal to me)I really want to check out the ps3 and give it a try but im not really interested in most of the exclusives such as heavenly sword, ratchet clank, or other japanses games like final fantasy. I guess what im trying to ask is what good shooting and driving exclusives does the ps3 offer for 2007 and 2008??

you already answered your own question, no need to get a ps3 in your case. Stick with your 360.

Wait a minute, you are considering buying a 500 or 600 dollar machine, and you dont even know if you will enjoy it? Do some research on the games of each platform. And make your purchase based on what you know about the games. If you would like the 360's games better, buy that, or if you would like the Wii's games, get that one. The worst thing you can possibly do is make a major purchase like that and realize you dont even enjoy the games

Well heres the deal. I just bought my PS3 the other day. While i was in Gamestop buying it, the manager of the store was talking to me about how so many people keep coming in and complaining about their 360's always breaking down on them after a couple of months. The factory warrenty is only good on them for 3 months (and on the PS3 its a year). Plus i have friends and family who have a 360 and they are breaking down on them too. Its pretty damn crappy to hear that just because Microsoft wanted to get a jump on sales, it didnt make the system properly. How many people have you heard of having thier PS3 break down on them...evenwhen i wasin Iraq, i didnt hear of PS3's breaking down. So, after saying all that, you decide. Plus there are a ton of good games coming out this year and next.

I own a 360 and a PS3 as well and I can tell you for sure the PS3 has tons of great exclusives coming that you will enjoy. Plus there are some great MMO's coming to the PS3 that the 360 will never see.

So yes - you'll enjoy the games.

:)

Actually the factory warranty on the 360 is 1 year for any hardware issue and 3 years for the ROD - just FYI.

Im a committed playstation fan, but if you want to play lits of games, get a 360. Next year, though, PS3 will have a huge library.

Not trying to start an argument at all but if thats the case then why is it so hard to get a 360 fixed when it breaks down. According to the manager of gamestop that i was at and my cousins, their 360's stopped reading games and they had to pay over 100 bucks to get that fixed. Microsoft wouldnt do it for free and their systems were just a few months old.

Seems like you already made up your mind. You dont like anything that the ps3 has to offer so why get one?
