From what i can gather i believe it is making fun of the 360 and wii ads that have nothing to do with video gaming (jump rope for example on the 360 and the 2 old men on those wiiads). Their showing what life is really like (not that this ad shows what lifes like either), we all know the crazies are out there sony shows them instead of the utopias present in the other ads.
Even Quentin Tarantino would have to be on acid to write that weird ad. All the shots of TV's and monitors and stuff - with no PS3's next to them? Huh - seems like a missed opportunity.
THE POSITIVE...
You find yourself unable to quit watching the video - it's so bizzare that you definitely want to keep watching just to see where it's headed. LOL
sony has a really bad advertisement company when it comes to playstation 3 and 'this is living' its just a nack from 'jump in' and i love ps3 but the adverts exept for 'cell- smarter' are really bad, show nothing but a bunch of wierd people doing random things and nothing about the gaming.
by the way shouldnt this get banned with the masterbating guy and almost fully seeing a naked woman?
Halfway through the video I forgot it was an ad for the PS3...I really liked it though. Something about it just kept me watching. It doesn't exactly scream, "BUY A PS3!" But, it does make me not want to watch soccer anymore.
