No, I ordered back in August and other then the transaction showing up on my credit card I've received/seen no indication that my order has been sent. Apparently a lot of people have had the same problem:

Try logging in: https://store.namcobandaigames.com, then click "My Account" on the top and then click "My Order History" under the "My Account" column. You can see what the status is. Mine just says "Order in Process"
Quick question, did you order with a credit card? I'm asking because when I preordered back in August, the "DRI BandaiNamco Games" transaction for $118 came up and then when I went to check back it was no longer there but reappeared today...err yesterday (1/22). I know sometimes tests are made when you preorder something and it just makes sure that a real card was used with available funds but I don't remember that amount being retracted from my credit card. I don't want to be charged twice.
Lot's of people are having problems getting there copies. Many haven't been shipped and a lot of people have had their pre-order canceled for no reason even if they ordered during the first run. Anyone having trouble with this should report Digital River as well as Namco Bandai to the Better Business Bureau:

This kind of negligence should not be allowed to continue. This has been a continuous issue with Digital River and Namco Bandai is fully aware of past issues (remember Dark Souls collector's edition) but has chosen to do nothing about it. Its obvious that they are not concerned about the consumers. I hope that everyone will speak up to force them to take some action.
