You guys recon its gonna be a great game! Or just a dissapoinment? , so far to me it looks fantastic! Top standerd game, however trailers do lie from time to time... Anyway who's getting it? I know Iam !! A reason for me to blow off the dust from the black surface and sit back relax and go HARDCORE XD
I've been waiting for the game the day it got announced, but right now my hype for the game has died down to nothing because there isn't much info on the game and the game might not even make a 2012 release date.
There's hardly enough gameplay or info on it to say it will be any good. I remember seeing FF13 footage and I was sure it was going to be epic, only to have the rug pulled out from under me. Square's recent trend with making horrible games is just further reason for me to keep my guard up.
I made it 15 hours into XIII and almost lapsed into a monotony-induced coma. I have zero interest in future sequels of that series. The fact that XIV has a 52/100 Metacritic rating is a pretty good indicator of where Square Enix is going as a company.
I only hope they don't ruin Deus Ex, as I am looking forward to that game.
I only look forward for this game because this is the last chance I will give Square Enix if they screw this up, I will not buy a single game from them until they remake FF6

Don't hope, pray... Kane n Lynch 2 and Front Mission Evolved were so horrible to the point they are both 19.99 each... PoP Forgotten Sands is 12 bucks and came out on May. It's still an awesome game.
FF XIII is from the Final Fantasy team, and they have a shaky history for quality, FFV XIII is being made by the Kingdom Hearts team, who have a great history of good games. So yeah, I'm picking Versus up.
Don't get your hopes up too high. It's gonna be like GT5, AAA hyped, but comes out low AA. I'm expecting a great game, but by no means will it be amazing.
