Tim Burtons "9"

I saw a preview of this movie the other day. Anyone wonder if it was inspired by LBP...cuz thats what I thought it was before the preview displayed the title..

As much as I hate Tim Burton and his legion of loser goth rejects, 9 actually looks pretty good.

oops, sorry. forgot about the mention ofLBP influence. I guess it could be, but it would seem like the idea of the doll-like characters would come from Sally in the Nightmare before Christmas.

I was going to say LBP meets Half-Life, but Fallout works too.

I saw it awhile ago & felt the movie's originality/creative story makes me want to check it out. The song in the preview gave me chills with the scenes mixing.

did the lil sackboy guy have a wiener or was i seein things?

hate tim burtons stuff. anything related to him i will not watch, i strongly dislike all his work. I got into the filmmaking business 4 years ago and still consider his stuff mediocre. But im sure in due time i'll come out with a scipt or work on a film that will dominate any of his crap. anything with "9" I know i wont watch xcept for District 9.

District 9 does look infinitely better than anything Tim Burton's ever put out, ever.

u kidding me?!?! i almost $h!tted myself when i 1st saw his red-band trailer, got me mad cause that's something I always had planned in my mind to actually do as a film, but i guess Neill Blomkamp beat me to it.

In a real documentary, they would be blurred out to protect their identities, much like a real documentary.

The movie "9" is supposed to hit the big screen on 09/09/09. Hence the title itself 9. Anyways, if any of you watched the new transformers they showed the preview and at the end it said 09/09/09.
