ok i recently RENTED this game for the ps3. i heard its been out for at least more than a year now. I have a free 7 days to play the game before i have to return it and all i can say is WOW. There is soo much to do in this game it cant fit into 7 days. So I was planning on buying the GOTY edition. But my question is Oblivion already old? Does anyone play it anymore that i can seek help easily someone will answer?
Is there any news of TES 5?? Or will the next TES not be out for a long time and I should just buy Oblivion?

Buy the PC version if you can run it at high settings, it truly is the best out of the three.

Yeah I still play it. I bought the $30 edition. I figure if I ever get far enought to need the extra content I can get it later. I mean, I a;ready put 80hrs in and I didnt even start the main quest.

oblivion is like Feodor Dostoyevsky's "Crime and Punishment" it's a timeless classic that you'll spend months if not years enjoying ;)

Yup the PC version is the best version to get if you can run it. And with GFX mods it looks better than anything the PS3 or 360 can put out right now.

I still play after over 200 hours put in to it. I'd say it's worth it but that's just me.

I got my PS3 about a month ago and Oblivion GOTY Edition is one of the games I got. I think it is a pretty sweet game. I haven't played in in a few weeks though. But that's because I have 8 PS3 games total and that's all in a month. So I am all over the place with playing them. I already beat Uncharted and Assassin's Creed. I have been playing Resistance everyday for the last few days along with burnout on and off. I actually need to start playing Oblivion again. I don't think I would be much help. I suggest getting to lvl 10, then starting over. That way you have some experience as to what to do. I could have gotten it for my PC, but wanted my whole family to be able to play it, so got it for PS3.
