Ubisoft should've delayed AC2 to touch up graphics?

I'm currently playing AC2, and it's a really great game. One thing that bugs me is the cutscenes. The models, the faces, the textures look unreal considering this is the HD generation.

If only Ubisoft delayed it for a short period of time to work on the graphics...

Everything is perfect with AC2, only thing are the faces... lol. Hell, 300 people worked on the game. Someone in the face texture department must have been really lazy.

They really should have worked on the screen tearing and achieving a consistent framerate, imo.

im sure they will make a patch or make the 3rd game better. At this point they have made so much money they probably are not one bit concerned.

Well...it is an open world game, which makes it harder, imo the game looks great imagine if GTA IV would look that good. But the faces do suck.

The thing is they concentrated on all the surroundings and buildings etc. I know cutscenes play a big role in AC2, but tbh it's the scenary i care about. I mean when i'm actually playing the game i dont spend time looking at Ezio. I just want to be running around in a awesome environment, which they have accomplished imo.

Also i find AC franchise storyline to be one of the best i have ever come across in video games.

The shadows in AC2 are some of the worst I've seen this gen so far. Luckily you move around a lot most of the time so you don't notice.

agree, i always dont get mad when companies delay games b/c i would rather have it perfect or in other words.. the highest potential it could get.

I could care less about the facial textures, just as long as the technical gameplay is smooth.

Agreed. I can get over the excessive pop-in, but there is just no way around all of the screen-tearing.

Of course, the facial animations are pretty bad, but you get used to it after awhile.

Is this the only game you've played on the PS3?

Just wondering, because these are great compared to most PS3 games available
