Err...actually it's called the Fortune Hunter Edition.

You can't buy it, you have to win it! I want.

Pretty stupid that you can only win one instead of being able to buy one.

Being the fan(boy) of Uncharted that I am, I would pay quite a bit of money for an Uncharted 2 LE.

If I can't win one, to ebay I'll be going.;)

i would have bought the le as a day 1 purchase, if it it came with all the pre-order bonus stuff,an artbook, a making of the game and a soundtrack

Day 1 purchase for me ^^ Although I think the chance of winning that Limited Edition is almost impossible judging by the limited copies compared to the amount of players waiting to win this.

It wouldn't make sense to design and manufacture the special packaging if you were only going to make a few copies. I'm guessing at least a few hundred.

I don't get it. Why would they miss the opportunity for crazy sales with this version? I'm sure tons of Uncharted fans would've bought it. I know I would....

That's dumb. I would gladly pay $20 or so for one of these. When I found out there was no CE, I just paid for the regular version in its entirety.

They'll make tons from the game itself. Am I the only one who thinks it's nice that a company is not gouging it's consumers with overpriced special editions?

I never buy them, so I'm just happy that I'll have a chance to get one free.

Collector's editions are optional, so how is it gouging? You have no obligation to buy it, but people like me who buy certain collector's items to decorate my gaming room with would have the option to do so.

If you think it's gouging and you have no interest in them, good for you. Lots of other people, however, feel the opposite.

So long as a standard edition is available, there is no reason for anyone to complain about a CE because it would not/does not affect you.
