Uncharted Freezing problem is annoying

I apologize if there have been other threads on this. I remember hearing it has something to do with the new update.

I just bought uncharted and i'm about 30 minutes into the game it always freezes at the same spot. I can't get passed that spot.

Does anyone know if there is a fix yet?
