has anyone downloaded the v2.10 update off theUS playstation website? cause i can't find it, i only see the v2.01 update. i fuond it on theUK website though but if i download it will it work on a US ps3?

im afraid it might take to long cause the last time i downloaded through psn i had to cancel and it didn't work anymore oh well i download through psn later

I updated through the PS3 update option and it took only a few minutes to complete. Now after the update the PS3 is much faster on-line than it was before the update.

Really? I just updated through the playstation website about 2 hours ago, and it was listed as 2.10.

My PS3 violently flashed then it shut off for good. JUST KIDDING! I updated through the PS3, took about 10 mins then everything was done. I then went to go play FFVII on my PSP, GG update.

I upgraded to 2.10 yesterday, so yes, it's already there.

Does anyone know if the patch implemented auto controller shut off? I have a bad habbit of leaving my system/controller running while I'm not there and when I came back the controller was disconnected and I know it's got a full battery life. I hope this is a new feature they put it because like I said I always leave my controller on and it always dies on me so thank you for auto-shut off.
