USB Net for PS3

my dad moved out couple months back, yesterday he took the modem, net with him to his new place. Im currently using a T-mobile USB Internet devise, i was wondering if this USB devise can be used on the PS3 to use the net, i wanted the net for a couple more days. Fallout 3 GOTYE is out in the UK on the 16th, not 13th >:(, i needed it for the trophy patch and all. I tried to see if it worked, but i didnt get very far with it, i didnt save any of the progress as it would have wiped out the old settings. Has anyone else used the same kind of devise, and if anyone knows if its possible. Any help would be good =]

it dosent work i have the exact same problem. ive tried everything even bridging the internet connection.

grrr i thought it wouldnt :(, i think ill have to get my own internet up and running XD

if you insist on using wired then why not grab a accespoint?
