Wal-Mart cancelling orders for Haze.

I was just wondering when this game comes out. Cause a lot of sites say around January 16-20.

But I heard it got delayed till March. Can someone tell me?

developers promised before march this year. Q1 is the release time.

They cancelled all my preorders. I ordered 5 games and I just 5 emails saying all of them were cancelled. I will be calling and raising hell tomorrow. Even though the price was a mistake they should honor the price I made the purchases at. ElPadilla

They clearly state

"Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department."

They cancelled all my preorders. I ordered 5 games and I just 5 emails saying all of them were cancelled. I will be calling and raising hell tomorrow. Even though the price was a mistake they should honor the price I made the purchases at. ElPadilla

As far as I know you didn't technically make a purchase as I don't think they charge you until the game comes out. So no money transferring hands=they can change the details at any time as long as they inform you, which they did.

Theyhave not returned it yet, but I expect them too

Anyway funny thing is they sent me an email saying I requested a cancel. Then they sent me one saying my request for a cancel went throught, and my money should be returned

its also the weekend. and they are probably canceling hundreds of orders. i'm sure it'll be back by wednesday at the latest.

also..wal-mart is stupid. how can anyone ever trust them with prices/release dates.

False, i was already charged and the money was taken out of my account. This is why i'm pissed about them cancelling my pre-orders. They HAVEN'T REFUNDED me yet either. If they don't have to heed their policy that says they won't charge until the order is shipped, I shouldn't have to honor their mistake. They owe me my games at the advertised prices.I used to be a WalMart Fanboy. Now I'm a Walmart customer. They're on the verge of turning me into a Walmart Disliker. Next step is becoming an Anti-Walmart Force Four member.

I received another e-mail. The reason Staryoshi is so mad is that they, in the "order acceptance part" that they ask me to refer to (linked below), they say things won't be charged until they are shipped. So they, in essence, violated their own TOS. Sooooo...skipping the part about my order # at the top, it read as follows:

At the time you placed your order, the price of the item(s) listed below was incorrect on our website. Due to this issue, we have canceled the item(s) from your order. No further action is required on your part regarding this issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
