Wal-mart gift credit card, a substitute to PSN Cards?

Anybody know if this is true? If it is then I would gladly go to Wal-mart and buy one. I heard this from a guy in the us. Playstation.com forums. I don't really get it though? Can I go and just buy any Wal-Mart gift card and then use it as a substitute credit card? Or is there an official Walmart Gift Credit Card?

Also are they availible in Canada? Thanks for any help!:D

He probably works for walmart or knows someone that does and stole them. I knew a guy that was offered a bunch of giftcards that worked but I think he found out that they were gotten illegally.
