Warhawk mic problems?

Anyone have a problem with their mics in Warhawk? I often have to enable the mic everytime I turn on my PS3 and then sometimes during the game, I don't hear anything. I press L3 and I hear the little on off sound, but nothing else. Are people just not playing with mics?

As sad as that is...it's true...should've just got the download version if you're not going to use voice chat in game...
