http://n4g.com/ps3/News-54893.aspx release date confirm, man Aug is gonna rock with Lair and Warhawk coming out. Its a good month for air combat.

In the e3 interview it was stated for end of august early fall. This looks like a very cool game.

Yea I started to get pretty excited for Warhawk the past two days. Just the prospect of sitting down with another friend and joining a split screen multiplayer game online is pretty awesome. I know that Haze also does the same thing, but it is a while come coming out, and doesn't combine the many different methods of gaming found in Warhawk. (tanks, Jeeps, flying, turrets, sniping, or guns blazing)
Wonder if its better to buy the Blu-ray or the Download though.

I wish there was the option to add BOTs so you can play offline with a friend sitting next to you and still have a large scale battle.

Awesome! I can't wait to pick it up. My only decision now it to figure out if I'm getting the Blu Ray disk version or the PSN store download. I already have a great headset, but if the download is only like $20 cheaper I'll probably just buy the box version so I can have a spare headset incase my battery dies in the middle of playing.

i thought Lair was enough for it to be a big month. For myself I have Lair, Warhawk, Blue Dragon & Bioshock to look forward to.

wow heavenly sword, stranglehold, warhawk and lair. I'm gonna be busy to say the least. I actually wonder what i used to do before the PS3........oh yeah thats it i used to play my PS2.
