I love the Sony Bravia's but their more expensive than some of the budget TV's of the same size. I haven't shopped for a TV in a while but you might want to check out Cnet.com to find some prospects and then maybe headto amazon and circuitcity.com to read peoples reviews of the ones you have in mind.

Then that would be like the person above suggested, Sony Bravia. I have the previous model the 26" LCD Wega with hdmi 1080i and it's great for gaming. 8)

Then that would be Samsung brand. If that is still too expensive then go with the old tube HD TV.

Lol well am 16 and from Scotland and i got a HDTV for £400/$800 just save up it took me 3 month.


Get your mom/dad to give you $40 a week... like me getting £20

Just make sure it has 1080p resolution and not just 720p resolution, you might be pissed later othewise.

I have a 26" Sharp Aquos. It is a beauty. I got it for $680. Its a very nice TV.

Last week I got the Samsung 32"lcd HDTV (LN-T3242h) from Circuit City for $850 including tax. It's 720p, but thats perfect for screens under 40". I love the tv. It's a vast improvement from the Magnavox 32 tube I had.
