What exaclty are bugs and glitches?

A lot are complaining that Oblivion GotY and Star Wars TFU are full of bugs and glitches. I've already clocked 140 hours in Oblivion GotY and finished TFU twice but I haven't seen/encountered any bugs or glitches in those games.

I think the last game I played that has a lot of bugs and glitches is GTA SA.

glitches can be good, like gta iv, with the swing of death, wowaweewaa, it catapults you car into the air if you go near it and its great

for SW:TFU my personal experience, i got stucked inside a rock couldn't get out had to restart the game :?glenn2709

I see. LOL! I got stuck a few times in some rocks too, metal junks in the 2nd mission, and plants in Felucia but I managed to escape by the exploding force (L2 then circle).

TFU is sadly full of glitches... I force grip invisible objects several times, stuck enemies between walls, and got my character stand still (no controller) some times.

Oblivion has some glitches, although I never had to restart the game to fix it. Sometimes people would forget they were riding horses and start hoovering with nothing below...
