Ninja Gaiden Sigma. It was just so....difficult(hardest setting). All the pain, throwing the controllers around, the yelling. It' was just...a painful experience.
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. The lack of an analog stick on the DS killed my thumb. On PS3, BlazBlue. Mostly my problem was trying to do circles with the d-pad which, but eventually I gave up on that and now I just switch over the analog stick when I need to do circles so it doesn't bother me anymore.
it was the first MGS on PS1, when being interrogated by ocelot. i think i was playing on hard, the interrogations lasted soo long, i don't know how my controller survived it. i don't remember any physical pain from a PS3 game, maybe i'm too experienced at button mashing now :)
The part where you have to navigate Kratos when his falling into Hades and have to avoid lava boulders, and other obstacles. That part was a HUGE pain on Chaos difficulty since you die like after 2 hits, it took me at least 50 tries to get through.
I would be wii sports, just because of all the boxing got tiring after a while. Then muscles get tight the next day. Most games on a controllers don't cause much pain these days, probably becauseI grew up with the NES and the Box Controller, those used to cause some pain in my hands.
I can't say I've had physical pain, but Heavy Rain delivered seriously tense moments where I was completely oblivious to everything happening in the real world :P
First two playthroughs of MGS4 I tapped the hell out of my triangle button, to the point that it felt softer than the rest of the buttons. Third time around I figured out you don't have to tap it fast to pass =\
metal gear solid 4 yeah i know what that was like,
but compared to metal gear solid 1 on PSX.when they took snake and tortured him and you had to press circle(i think)as fast as you could i remember my wrist was hurting really really bad.(the funm think was afterwards when you called you assistant i dont remember her name she told you to put the playsation padon your wrist and then after that the pad gave a little smooth vibration and it fixed you wrist.
do you guys remember that?wow good old dayz,i missed those days.
Wipeout HD - not only do my eyes feel like they are about to bleed as they are so dry from lack of blinking, my hands are like claws from grasping the controller too hard and my blood pressure is through the roof!
