What game should I put as #1 priority?

I've been looking at Yazuka 3& 4, Portal 2 and Demons souls lately...

What would you suggest I pick up first? And assuming I could only pick up one of the three, what might you suggest?

Dark souls is going to come out soon...

Portal 2 looks great and seems to have high replay value ( anyone want to explain to me about how steam works with the ps3?)

The yazuka games have high replay as well I hear.

Demons souls, it will last you the longest, so if you can only afford one, go for that, because its the cheapest of the bunch and you will easily pour over 100 hours into the game.

If you haven't played Yakuza 1&2, you should write the other two off of your list. They give recaps about the previous games, but it doesn't give the impact that it should from actually witnessing the story unfold, which kills a lot of what the Yakuza series is.

Portal 2 is great, but you can beat it in a day, and the co-op won't last you long either.

Demon's Souls is an amazing game with IMMENSE amounts of replay value. It could give you hundreds of hours of gameplay.
