Parasite Eve 1, more Final Fantasy titles. But even though I wouldn't mind seeing these games, I would much rather prefer new content over something already played.
I'd be pretty interested to see more creative and bizarre games like Psychonauts and Portal hit the PSP. Maybe even a remake of Myst. Really though, I'm feeling kind of done with the over-the-top violence. I'm ready to sit back with a good and accessable story, a good and bizarre art direction, and just some sound gameplay elements. Give me something to do other than killing people, please.

I would LOVE Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 on PSP, though it's possible.They haven't done it yet.... Who thinks we should have FFX and FFX-2 for PSP? if we get enough people it might just happen...
