sure i understand when they make thins live action they need to make some changes, but come on, dragonball is a great story to be faithful to, so much more intriguing.

Well, I encourage you to provide me with a Hollywood adaptaions that follows the story of a comic/videogame/cartoon at least on a 90%

At some point I recieved with a big smile the news of a Live Action movie of Evangelion... and so I did with DB. But after I saw how crappy it was, now I regret my wishes for all of these :(

It's not out yet but Watchmen looks like it will follow the comic pretty close(really anticipating it)

Ya but even look at the series dragon ball. alot of changes were made as they progressed with the story. at first the dragon balls were one then split into 7 by monks or something (thats the way roshi told the story) then they introduced kami and piccolo. then in dragon ball z king ki said that the plannet vegeta was destroyed by a meteor shower. then it goes to freeza. the point is you should look at the movie as loosely based on the dragon ball universe. (I also agree it looks bad im just trying to cling to some hope) ;)
